About the Course
This training covers the principles of the 5S methodology, a globally recognized system for workplace organization and operational efficiency. Participants learn how to systematically eliminate waste, improve productivity, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Training shall broadly cover:
- Introduction to the 5S methodology Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke
- Techniques for workplace organization and visual management
- Process efficiency enhancement and waste reduction
- Roles, responsibilities, and implementation strategies
- Practical exercises and site based improvement examples
