About the Course
This advanced training is designed to develop lead auditor competence for Food Safety Management Systems certified to FSSC 22000 Version 6. It equips participants with in depth knowledge of standard requirements and advanced auditing techniques required to lead, manage, and report first, second, and third party audits.
Training shall broadly cover:
- Detailed interpretation of FSSC 22000 Version 6 requirements
- ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002 PRPs, and additional FSSC requirements
- Risk based audit planning and execution
- Lead auditor roles, responsibilities, and audit team management
- Nonconformity grading, reporting, and corrective action evaluation
- Mock audits and real world case studies
Prerequisites:
Prior knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems and internal auditing is recommended.
